Order Processing:
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12 PM IST are typically dispatched the same day.

Shipping Charges:
- Free standard shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
- A nominal fee of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹499.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS/email.
- You can track your shipment directly on our website or via the courier partner’s tracking page.
Delivery Partners:
We work with reliable domestic courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your packages arrive on time.
Delivery Coverage:
- We currently only deliver within India.
- If your PIN code is not serviceable, you’ll be notified at checkout.
Failed Deliveries & Reattempts:
- If delivery fails on the first attempt, our courier partners will make up to 2 reattempts.
- If the order is returned to us due to non-availability or incorrect address, re-shipping may incur an additional fee.
